We store the properties you analyze, your reports, and — if you create an account — your email. An anonymous cookie lets you use the product without an account. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

We use data providers (for example property records, public GIS services and web research) to build reports. Shared report links show the report and property only, never your account details.

We use Google Ads to advertise. Google may set cookies to measure which ads lead to a purchase. You can control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
